I have to admit, I’m a chocolate girl. When my sister gave me this recipe (along with her 5 star rating), I responded with a fairly lackluster, “ok, I’ll try them.” And I’m so glad I did! These cookies are chewy in the middle and a little crisp on the edges. We use our signature organic extra dark brown sugar. Rolling them in organic sugar before baking results in a lovely crunch in every bite. The molasses flavor is perfect, balanced with just a touch of ginger. Turns out they are quite addictive…even for a chocoholic!
